Interests & Activities:
Charnell Covert is a co-concentrator in African-American Literature and in Science, Society, and Technology at Eugene Lang College at the New School for Liberal Arts in New York City. Charnell is a passionate leader and organizer in many organisms (AKA organizations) including the Baltimore Algebra Project, Sisters with JC, Solvivaz Nation, the Youth Liberation Movement, and New School Women of Color.
Every level of Charnell’s life is shaped around her love for her God, family, and justice. A lover of sunflowers, a poet, tutor, and future holistic doctor and free health center owner, Charnell hopes that the work she has done will speak for her.
