Activities & Honors:
Thuhuong Mai is a Vietnamese SEI Special Needs Teacher at John. P. Holland School in Dorchester, MA. Thuhuong received her B.A. in Elementary Education from Emmanuel College and her M.A. in Special Needs Education from Lesley University. Since 1993, she has served as the liaison between the staff and the Vietnamese communities in many matters, including helping the parents of the Vietnamese students understand their children’s rights and teaching the benefits of being actively involved in the school community.
